ABOUT Torz

I am a portrait photographer and darkroom printer based in Sussex.

I specialize in capturing the essence of individuals through the timeless medium of film, while also embracing the flexibility and precision of digital photography when the occasion demands it.

Film photography adds an irreplaceable depth and richness to your portraits, preserving the intricate details that make you unique. The process of shooting on film encourages a deeper connection and engagement, resulting in emotive portraits that stand the test of time.

In instances where a quicker turnaround or specific technical requirements are needed, I seamlessly transition to digital photography. This versatility allows me to adapt to various settings and client preferences while maintaining the highest quality and artistic integrity.

I work from my studio and darkrooms 71 in Lewes and recently completed my Photography MA at Brighton University.
